Are Log Homes Draft proof and Waterproof?

Well in Eastern Canada its -30 ^oC  in the winter and +90 ^oC in the summer time. These buildings are made to withstand these types of temperature range.

Whilst in Japan the Typhoons can create horizontal rain  which arrives in winds often exceeding 100 m.p.h to seal the house we have developed a system to seal the gap between the logs.
