What is the difference between a Log Home, Post and Beam construction?

Log homes come in a variety of designs, the most common are machined log homes.

We do not do that

Building Post and Beam is similar to the old Tudor houses which were very common in

Britain in the 1600’s. A frame of wood is built from logs which can be left round or squared
